The Ministry of Production (Produce) reported that no restrictions will provide the necessary funds for technological ventures that are winners of Start-up Peru contest will be announced on June 5.

The Start-up Peru competition was launched by Produce on December 30, 2013. Until March 28, the closing date of nomination, has received 500 proposals for technological ventures.
Produce evaluates initiatives that strive to obtain financing of up to 50,000 soles per project for the case of phase “Innovative Entrepreneurs ", and a maximum of 137,000 soles for the stage" Dynamic and High-Impact Entrepreneurship ".
“The grant will finance projects that really are excellent and have a high growth potential. So to be winning will depend largely on the quality of the project”, remarcó Doig.
The Deputy Minister explained that the first phase “Innovative Entrepreneurs "seeks to realize business ideas for entrepreneurs, while the second line “Dynamic and High Impact "Entrepreneurship is focused on running the business.
“We are in the evaluation process, and hope to have the results next June”Said Sandra Doig.
