The discovery was made at about 11:30 am in front of the residential complex Puerto Píritu.
The workers reported the incident to the Municipal Directorate of Civil Protection, whose officials immediately presented on the site and confirmed the information.
The Head of the institution, Laitte Fernández, said the whale did not show any hit (at least in appearance) and only he evinced some minor abrasions presumed to have been formed by rubbing with breakwaters or boats.
The Director of Civil Protection said that proceed to bury the Dolphin, because in the area there is no organization that verifies the causes of death and you can not have the aquatic mammal outdoors due to decomposition.
