PERU fishing with guts to report…
Given the crisis in the Artisanal Fisheries Sector, the Provincial Municipality of Talara immediate action promotes capacity building for all fishers.
One of these actions is promoted Mariculture, for which a guided tour of the Caleta Parachique Sechuran Bay, where the activity is performed as an efficient model for generating revenue and rational use of marine resources was conducted.
During the visit the representatives of artisanal fishermen in the districts of Talara could see crop management of Scallop Sea, health standards, production flow and experience of fishermen Front Bay sea farmers Sechuran; also visited the Fishing Ground Seafood SAC Piura, where they received knowledge of the primary processes of the scallops.
