On July 17, 2015 is the date set by the Agency for Promotion of Private Investment (ProInversión) to award the bid to grant the new Logistics Activities Area (ZAL) and Outer Harbour Port of Callao.
According to the schedule prepared by the Committee Proinversion in Road Infrastructure Projects, Rail Infrastructure and Airport Infrastructure (Pro Integration), the first draft of the concession will be given to interested bidders on 21 November and suggestions will be received until 19 December.

Among the services provided are, storage, packing, repacking, sealing, packaging, labeling, weighing, quality control, fractionation or lotización and redistribution.

Proinversion established that bidders have until May 4, 2015 as the last day to submit their envelopes No. 1, documents or requests for qualification.
Subsequently, on July 10 the presentation of the technical bids (Envelope No. 2) and economic (Envelope 3) of the bidders will be made, and then the awarding of the bid will be held on July 17.
