With the goal of promoting consumption of fish in Peru and provide a space for exchange of culinary experiences, the national "A Fish eat" the Ministry of Production workshops offered this week nutrition education to mothers of kitchens in Lima and Arequipa .

About 120 mothers will benefit from this initiative this week, who know the nutritional benefits of fish, especially dark meat for its high content of Omega 3 as Anchovy, Mackerel, Mackerel and Bonito, which contribute to brain development children.

Mothers also know that fish is nutritious in any of its three forms: fresh, frozen and canned; also learn to recognize a fish in good condition.

The workshop will conclude with a practical test, where mothers have the opportunity to learn how to make various dishes such as Andean solterito Anchovy, Anchovy and chili fried balls, which helps in generating eating habits and healthy life.

The team of nutritionists program began on the eve of the Workshop this week in the Arequipa district of Cerro Colorado. Tomorrow Friday August 1 will move to the window Lurigancho-Chosica and districts, and conclude on Sunday August 3rd in Downtown Lima.
