Elena Conterno, president of the National Fisheries Society, believes that without a good service from state agencies, initiatives and private sector enterprises can never succeed.

"We need the government put the batteries and attach the dynamism of the private sector through the optimization service, promptness of paperwork, red tape and hopefully this will be the main topic on the agenda for discussion at the CADE"Said the Head of the SNP.
