Industria del Salmón presentó proyectos por US$18 millones

Destacan los proyectos de Salmones Cupquelan en relación con la fusión y relocalización de dos de sus centros de cultivo situados en la Región de Aysén. Ambas iniciativas contemplan un monto total cercano a los US$ 11 millones.

En el mes de junio, cuatro compañías relacionadas con la producción de salmónidos ingresaron un total de cinco proyectos al Servicio de Evaluación Ambiental (SEA) con el objetivo de modificar o relocalizar sus centros de cultivos y/o plantas de procesamient.

In this regard, they stressed the projects presented by Salmon Cupquelan in connection with the merger and relocation of its two farms located in the Aysen Region. Both initiatives provide for a total amount close to US $ 11 million.

It outlines the projects presented by the Southern Islands and Salmon Aquaculture Cordillera companies looking to build and operate salmon farms in the region of Magallanes. It can be noted that each of the initiatives considered amounts to US $ 2 million each.

Finally the project presented by Farm Marina Tornagaleones is and seeks to modify its processing plant in the region of Los Lagos in the amount of US $ 3.5 million.
