"We must now go to the fish stomachs Peruvians and is intended less to industrialization and consumption for our people," the President said emphatically Ollanta Humala in the morning, from Tacna.

He reaffirmed the priority of Fisheries Management is feeding all Peruvians, thus confirming Supreme Decree 011-2013 (December 14) which states that the first 10 miles of the Peruvian Sea are for direct human consumption and not for mass trapping Anchovy industrial purposes.

Meanwhile in Lima the President of the National Fisheries Society, Elena Conterno, urged the government to dialogue and transparency for the sustainable management of fisheries, for holding that the Supreme Decree 011-2013 failed to meet the respective prepublication plus the report that supports it lacks the signature of the President of Imarpe.

He said almost 500 boats in southern Peru (30 companies) where fishing has fallen by 85% during the first half of this year.

"It seems suspicious that may have 20 days to substantiate these reports were disqualified by the Supreme Court," he said.
