New Jersey.- The Association of Peruvian Institutions in the United States and Canada (AIPEUC) held on Saturday March 14 in New Jersey, the first meeting of Hispanic Innovative Entrepreneurs, called "New Trends and Business Opportunities".

The event, which is free, takes place at the City Hall of the City of Jersey City (280 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302), from 9:30 am and will feature the participation of distinguished speakers, including Peruvian Congresswoman Martha Chavez Cossio; the ambassador of Peruvian cuisine in Europe, Irina Herrera Diaz; journalist and entrepreneur Heidi Castrillón and the mayor of Jersey City, Steven M. Fulop.

Among others, will also participate as exhibitors Peruvian Jorge Farfán, president of the Association of Peruvian Institutions in the United States and Canada (AIPEUC); and Puerto Rican Marcos Vigil, Hispanic leader, lawyer for Princeton University, former Undersecretary for Consumer Protection and Business Services Department of the State of New York, and current Deputy Mayor and Director of Economic Development of the City of Jersey City.

Peruvian entrepreneurs

The Peruvian Congresswoman Martha Chavez Cossio, advocated by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) studies in Public International Law at the Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza (Italy), will speak at the meeting of Hispanic entrepreneurs with a dissertation on "The empowerment of women in a globalized economy. "
For its part, the international chef, speaker and business consultant Irina Herrera Diaz, current coordinator of the global network of allies chefs of Sierra Exportadora (public body under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru), presented the book "Quinoa five continents ".
