Costa Rica venturing into marine energy generation

Costa Rica has a strong potential for the development of Marine Energy, through its territorial expansion in Mar and have a Pacific Coast.
This was made clear by the Expert of the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, Rodrigo Rojas, who shared a presentation on the legal framework, ocean governance and coastal marine energy development in the country during the First Congress of Environmental Law.
