Chilean Foreign Minister: “The ruling is binding and both countries will implement”

Alfredo Moreno, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Chile, said the implementation of the judgment work with Peru.

After learning that the January 27 the International Court of Justice in The Hague (Netherlands) will issue its ruling on the maritime dispute between Peru and Chile, Chilean Foreign Minister Alfredo Moreno reiterated his country's commitment to comply with the determinations the International Tribunal.

Hague Court delivered judgment in the case of Chile-Peru on January 27.

"There is a commitment of the two countries in compliance with the ruling. The ruling is binding and both countries are going to apply.
