The resolution was adopted on the basis of determinations made by the Department of Environmental Health, the Ministry of Health, for samples of bivalves and gastropods ARCH 005, Bay Shrimp and Golfo San Jorge area, collected under programs and Zoning Classification Prevention and Control of Red Tide, from which positive values of TDM were detected, whose consumption constitutes a risk to human health. The validity of this provision shall be subject to the results of the analysis for the determination of toxins that occur after the date.
