SALAVERRY: Dozens of dead pelicans lying by the sea

At least fifty dead pelicans lying by the sea in the popular resort of Salaverry, District of the same name, in Trujillo.

RPP News found that birds spent several days dead and decaying and therefore represent a great danger to the people, especially for children.

Indeed, groups of children who come to the area to know the port of Salaverry were exposed to these bodies. In this regard, teachers and neighbors claimed that these birds are collected by the authorities to prevent an epidemic.
