Carlos Pinillos, CEO of TASA, and dr. Fabiola Leon-Velarde, rector of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, agreed to collaborate on product research to ensure food security of the country and give it added value to the anchovy resource.
"The Anchovy is essential to ensure nutrition in Peru reserve, this agreement will allow us to investigate new ways to make it more attractive and closer to the population," said Carlos Pinillos.
"The University Cayetano Heredia has different units and research centers that contribute to the development of specific projects in nutrition and even to improve the taste and odor of fish products for human consumption," noted turn dr. Fabiola Leon-Velarde.
The agreement between the two institutions is a commitment between the company and the Peruvian university to generate knowledge for nutrition and sustainable development of our country.
