Produce prepares contingency plan if scarcity is confirmed Anchovies

The Ministry of Production prepares a comprehensive contingency plan in the event that the new measurements of the Instituto del Mar del Peru (Imarpe) confirm the negative impact of El Niño and Kelvin waves on anchovy fishing activities at sea Peru, in the north-central and south.
