Obama created the largest marine reserve in the Pacific

President Barack Obama signed a memorandum to expand a huge reserve in the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument will become the largest ocean in the world protected network. The new status will ban commercial fishing, deep diving and other underwater extraction in the area.
The conservation groups welcomed the measure but some believe that President Obama could have done more.
