One of the most important elements to the artisanal fisheries are undoubtedly Fishery Landings, unfortunately most of them are in any appropriate conditions as regards health aspects, this is particularly serious if we consider that

Why the landing are in this situation ?.

After more than nine years after the deadline given by the government (Ministry of Fisheries Ministry of Production today), the first has failed the state itself (FONDEPES), which to date has been unable to adjust their landing

Years ago FONDEPES lacked the budgetary resources to bring the landing, as the State itself is not the giving, now the Peruvian state has money and budgets are millionaires that institution;

And the last important factor that can not go unmentioned, is based on the administration of the landing, if it is true that over time there was a change from empirical to professional hands, the system itself will not improve as desirable as these personnel to be employed by the guilds or unions, follow their directives.

Hence, most piers, if not all, have not grasped, conscious or not enough income needed to service the spring, renewal or replacement of cold storage. With respect to producers of ice, it is worth mentioning that there have been exceptions.
However;
Finally, the expectation of having new landing fades, especially in cases of Bahía Blanca, work that is operated for breach of signature contractor also will have serious problems in Puerto Morin, the contract having been terminated with the signing construction. These situations lead to think that the selection of contractor firms have been disappointing, hopefully not happen the same with the current remodeling of the landing of Paita, to enter service in December as provided for in the contract .
