Microbes –a single cell– fueron descubiertos cuando un perforador gigante penetró más de 2.000 metros bajo el Mar en el Oceáno Pacífico, frente a la costa de Japón.
Scientists say that microbes can survive in incredibly harsh environments without light, oxygen, and almost no water.
Experts say this may indicate that there may be life on other harsh environments of the universe.
