CHILE – Start a discussion right restored artisanal fishermen in small boats catch mackerel

Pending the vote was generally bill at second constitutional derogating for artisanal fishing handline mackerel species and amending regulations for extension of the scheme property management areas and exploitation of benthic resources .

It should be noted that at the request of Senator Juan Pablo Letelier second discussion was requested because, in his opinion the rule leaves out important aspects for all boaters and is expected during the next session the issue be put on vote.
