The President of the Association of artisanal fishermen of Puerto Morro Sama, David Patiño, denounced that have paralyzed the work of improvement and adaptation at the landing, on behalf of the contractor who was selected by the Fisheries Development Fund (Fondepes).

He said three weeks ago the work, where part of the wharf was destroyed to comply with health regulations and have water service and sewer stopped.

The work valued at about S /. 10 million should be finished by November, but at the slow progress is not expected to culminate.

The leader demanded that the Regional Directorate of Production involved in this work.
